Foil Balloon Care
Ensure longevity by keeping the balloons in a controlled environment. Foil balloons may shrink or expand based on temperature fluctuations, contracting in the chill of cold, expanding under the warmth of heat.
Delivery & Self Collection
Delivery:
– Kindly note that your order’s delivery slot is scheduled within a one-hour window to ensure timely arrival of your balloons. An additional $5 fee applies for deliveries to Sentosa/Tuas addresses.

Balloon Care
Balloon Care Tips:
Do’s
– Handle balloons with gentle care.
– Place balloons in a cool environment
– Collect or opt for delivery 1 to 2 hours before your celebration to ensure best appearance.
Avoids
– Avoid contact with sharp objects, rough surfaces and heat sources.
– Avoid exposing helium balloons to temperatures outside their comfortable range; lower temperatures can cause deflation, while higher temperatures may result in bursting.
– Do not place the balloons in car boot.
– Do not collect helium balloons 1 day before the event, it may not last.
Foil Balloons:
– Foil or Mylar balloons are sensitive to temperature changes. They may shrink when transitioning from indoor normal temperature (26~30°C) to indoor air-conditioned (18~22°C) areas. To restore fullness, gently blow some air into the balloon using a straw or pump, which typically doesn’t affect its floating ability. Conversely, sudden temperature increases from indoor normal temperature to outdoor warmth (30~35°C) can cause helium gas expansion and potential bursting.
– A properly inflated foil/Mylar balloon should display slight wrinkles at the sides. If there are fewer or no wrinkles, it indicates over-inflation and increases the risk of bursting.
Helium Balloon Floating Time:
The floating duration of helium balloons can vary due to factors like temperature, surroundings, and how they’re handled. In warmer weather, helium expands, possibly causing the balloon to over-inflate and burst. To maximize balloon lifespan, store them in cooler temperatures, away from direct sunlight or heat sources when possible.

Balloon Oxidation:
Balloon oxidation is the process where balloons gradually lose their color and vibrancy over time due to exposure to oxygen in the air. This natural phenomenon can cause balloons to appear dull or faded compared to their original appearance. It’s a common occurrence with latex balloons, especially when they are exposed to sunlight or other environmental factors for extended periods. While balloon oxidation is unavoidable, storing balloons in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight can help slow down the process.
